From Shannon airport go past Limerick city along the Tipperary road (N24) : for 12km (Approx) after passing the little village of Boher turn Left onto R505 and continue straight for 4km and you will see sign outside Millbank

The nearest airport is Shannon, About 40 minutes  Drive. Dublin Airport is approximately 2 hours from Millbank. RYANAIR and Aer Lingus  have many routes to Shannon and Dublin  Airport from various parts of Europe
